Easy Recipies
These are recipies I have made up
that my family eats and enjoys.
They are simple and easy- so much
so that you may have already come up with them.
These are not "from scratch" recipes- these are
things I have come up with from sheer neccesity of
being a working Mom.

1 package Polska Kielbalsa sausage
2 large green peppers
1 large white onion
2-3 packages of beef flavored ramen noodles

Cut up the green peppers and onion into large,
yet bite sized pieces. Put onions and green
peppers into a pan of boiling water and sprinkle
in black pepper and garlic salt to taste. Allow
to boil for about 4 minutes- veggies should not
be soggy. Slice sausage while boiling veggies.
When the veggies are done drain water from pan and
add sausage to veggies put back on medium heat
until sausage is hot/ slightly brown.
Serve over ramen noodles.

1 package boneless/skinless chicken breasts
1 white onion
1 can tomato soup
2 cups jasmine rice

Cut onion into lage pieces
Put chicken, onion and tomato soup in skillet.
Use only 1/2 the water suggested for the soup.
Add oregano and garlic to taste. Cook over
med/high heat until chicken is thoroughly
cooked. Serve over jasmine rice.
Suggestion:
Add other veggies of your liking to mix
for example- carrots, broccoli or peppers.

Easy Hearty S'ghetti Sauce

2 jars Prego sauce
1/2 lb. hamburger
1 white onion
1 green pepper
1 package fresh presliced mushrooms

Brown hamburger in skillet and season with
garlic, black pepper and oregano. Drain grease
and add diced veggies. Cook for another 5 minutes
over medium heat then add the sauce. Simmer over
low heat for about 15 minutes.
Serve over noodles.
